The analysis and any report you receive are informational only. They do not amount to legal advice or immigration advice. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for or obtain a visa. For official immigration decisions you must rely on UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and, if you need it, advice from a qualified lawyer or regulated immigration adviser.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the analysis in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
