What data we collect

• CV text – the content you paste or upload for analysis
• Uploaded files – if you upload a CV file, we process its text for the assessment
• Email address – if you provide it (e.g. for payment or support)
• Usage data – such as which pages you visit and when, to improve the service

Why we use your data

We use your data to provide the CV readiness analysis, to process payments, and to improve our product (for example, by understanding how the site is used). We do not use your CV or personal data for marketing unless you have agreed to that separately.

AI processing

Your CV text is sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate your readiness report. We use their APIs only to run the analysis. We do not allow these providers to train their models on your data, and we do not use your data to train any AI ourselves.

How long we keep your data

We do not store your CV or uploaded file after the analysis is complete. It is processed and then deleted from our systems. Any other personal data (such as email linked to a payment) is kept only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or support purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access – ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction – ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion – ask us to delete your personal data where we have no good reason to keep it
• Object or restrict – object to certain uses of your data or ask us to restrict processing
